Clay Whitaker, Vice President, Client Services. Clay has over 15 years experience in managing client accounts and directing a diverse set of human performance consulting projects. He brings strong business acumen with the ability to lead projects focused on clients’ issues with recruiting, orientation, retention, training, change management, and performance management. Prior to joining Michaels Wilder to lead their new HR consulting division, Clay was a Partner in Accenture’s Human Performance practice.
